A Space to Slow Down and Reflect
At Elephant in the Bloom, counselling offers a calm space to pause — to untangle what’s changing, and to listen to what your mind and body are asking for.
Each session moves at your pace, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and care.
Session Details
Length: 45–50 minutes
Format: In-person (Exmouth) or Online (Zoom)
Fee:
£70 per session In-person
£60 per session Online
You can start with a free 15-minute introductory chat to see whether we feel like a good fit.
If weekly sessions feel too much, we can explore a fortnightly rhythm or short-term work around a specific life transition.
Availability
Sessions are held on Tuesdays.
This limited schedule allows me to offer consistent, unhurried support to each client.
When all spaces are filled, I hold a short waiting list for future openings.
How I Work
Therapy with me is gentle, relational, and reflective.
I draw on humanistic and creative approaches, with the understanding that change unfolds naturally when we feel safe and seen.
Together, we’ll explore:
-
life transitions and identity changes
-
relationship patterns
-
anxiety, overwhelm, or burnout
-
grief and loss
-
self-connection and acceptance
Every session is shaped around what you need that week — no pressure, no agenda, just steady presence.
Confidentiality & Ethics
Your privacy is protected in line with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I receive regular supervision and ongoing training to ensure safe, ethical practice.
You can read the framework here.
Cancellations
Life is unpredictable.
Please give 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within that window may be charged in full unless due to sudden illness or emergency.
Location
In-person sessions take place in a peaceful counselling room in Exmouth, with easy access by public transport and nearby parking.
The space is softly lit and designed to feel calm and grounding.
