Floral workshops

A Gentle Space for Creativity, Connection, and Change

Sometimes words aren’t enough.

We need to touch, create, and reconnect with something living.

These floral workshops are quiet, reflective gatherings that invite you to slow down and explore what’s changing in your life — through the language of flowers and the rhythm of the seasons.

You don’t need to be creative. You only need curiosity and a willingness to pause.

Each workshop combines mindful making, gentle reflection, and the sensory calm of working with nature.

You’ll leave with something beautiful in your hands, and a little more peace in your heart.

Spring – Renewal & Emergence (March–May)

A season for hope, beginnings, and gentle growth.

We’ll work with spring flowers and soft colour palettes, creating arrangements that celebrate new life and self-compassion.

Includes:  a grounding exercise, and light refreshments.

Typical theme: “Planting new intentions.”

Duration: 2 hours

Summer – Expression & Joy (June–August)

Summer invites openness and play.

This workshop encourages you to reconnect with joy, using seasonal blooms, texture, and movement to express vitality and freedom.

Includes: mindful breath practice, and refreshments.

Typical theme: “Let yourself be seen.”

Duration: 2 hours

Autumn – Letting Go & Gratitude (September–November)

As the year turns, we reflect on what we’ve gathered and what we’re ready to release.

In this floral-arranging session, you’ll create with dried or late-season materials while exploring themes of change, gratitude, and transition.

Includes: reflective prompts and group sharing circle.

Typical theme: “What I’m letting fall away.”

Winter – Stillness & Renewal (December–February)

A candle-lit, cosy gathering designed for rest and reflection.

We’ll create simple winter floral centrepieces while reflecting on the year gone by and what’s quietly taking root beneath the surface.
